Ten bucks to the first person who recognizes that reference without Google. Anyhow, as it turns out, exercise and diet can be used in combination to effectively lose weight. I know that sounds odd to some, but it can happen! Ha ha ha. So I have been slacking more than I should for the past few weeks or so. I've been maintaining. I haven't been completely slacking, but once or twice a week exercises type of slacking without the necessary intervals. I swear those help those help the most for fat loss. I've been busy with trying to get side stuff done and trying to get a project out at work. I've been using that as an excuse to slack, which is really not good. So Friday I got a solid quote to my clients and decided it was time to get serious about my workout again. A funny thing has happened since. I've lost 5 1/2 pounds. Interesting how that works. Ha ha. I'm right around 15 pounds to go. I think in six pounds I plan to reward myself with a
tattoo if I can get it figured out in time. Horses and birds will be involved and it will be on my right inner forearm. It'll work as my reminder, not only about this whole thing I'm doing along the lines of fitness, but in life in general. I've made changes. I'm always working on more. It's a growing process, this thing called life.
